You can get the Certificate of Alien Registration Fact (외국인등록사실증명) online at Government24 (정부24), at an immigration office (출입국·외국인관서), or at a community service center (읍·면·동 주민센터). It is for foreigners who have completed alien registration.

Where to get it

• Online: Apply at Government24 (www.gov.kr). You need a joint certificate (공동인증서). The fee is free. An agent cannot apply online.
